London, May 31 – London is all set to witness the grand closing ceremony of the Third Nepali Film Festival this Saturday, May 31. Celebrated Nepali actors, singers, dancers, and filmmakers have arrived in the UK to participate in this major cultural event that honors Nepali cinema, language, and diversity.
The artists departed from Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, traveling via Indian Airlines with a layover in India before landing at London’s Heathrow International Airport. They received a warm and traditional welcome at the airport, organized by Third Eye UK, the host of this prestigious festival.
Among the prominent figures who landed in London for the Grand Finale of the Third Nepali Film Festival:

Santosh Pant, veteran actor and comedy legend
Pratap Das, a popular singer

Rajesh Bardewa, music composer and singer
Aasma Bishwakarma, a talented dancer
Rupesh Thapa, cinematographer
They were greeted with traditional Khada scarves and honors by key organizers, including Bikash Devkota, Sunil Babu Khadka, Romiyan Limbu, and Prashant Khadka.
Earlier this week, actresses Bipana Thapa and Niti Shah, along with actor Dhiren Shakya, had already arrived in London. Namrata Yogi and Tejula Khatiwada are expected to join the team today.
The grand finale of the Third Nepali Film Festival will take place at Greenford Town Hall, London, and is expected to be a vibrant celebration of Nepali culture, film, and heritage.
